Available Positions
Junk Removal Specialist
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Ability to travel
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to lift 75lbs for an extended period of time
- Willing to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Essential Duties:
- Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload various items, including furniture, appliances, yard waste, and construction debris.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the job process.
- Sort materials to identify recyclable, reusable, or hazardous items for proper disposal or donation.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Leave job sites clean and free of debris, ensuring they meet customer and company standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining clear communication and supporting colleagues as needed, while also being capable of independently managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques
- Be flexible and ready to assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed to support the team and business goals.
- Represent Martel's Hauling & Junk Removal in a professional manner, embodying our values of integrity, reliability, and exceptional service.
Hours: On Call
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour
